What is a One Time Password?

The One Time Password (OTP) is a password which is sent to you from Box24 via SMS to your previously registered mobile phone. Box24 will only ask you to input the OTP in order to verify your registration. The OTP can be used once only and will expire 5 minutes after it has been sent to you. If you have not used the OTP within 5 minutes, you will have to start the process again and obtain a new OTP via the SMS Authentication Service.
